When I needed a new roof, I did my homework. I thoroughly researched my options, vetted numerous roofing companies, and ultimately obtained bids from four different firms. In the end, Storm Restoration Roofing was the clear winner—and it wasn’t even close! Greg Nelson’s bid was not only the most competitive, but he was also head and shoulders above the competition when it came to customer service. From the very beginning, Greg came to our home, took the time to explain our options, and offered solid advice and recommendations without resorting to high-pressure or clever sales tactics. He was responsive, professional, and readily available whenever I had a question—whether by text message or a personal phone call. Most importantly, Greg and his team delivered an outstanding end product. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire process was handled with care and professionalism. His crew deserves special recognition as well. They were careful, conscientious, polite, respectful of our property, and exceptionally hard-working. It was obvious that they took pride in the quality of their work. If you’re looking for first-class customer service, honest advice, competitive pricing, and excellent workmanship, I highly recommend Greg Nelson and the team at Storm Restoration Roofing. Excellent experience from start to finish. Crew was professional, on time, and respected our property. They explained all our options clearly with no pressure, finished the roof on schedule, and the cleanup was immaculate — you wouldn't have known they were here except for the brand new roof that looks fantastic.
